Too old to success?

What do we really achieve in life? Happiness? Richness? Career? Supposed we have to choose which one we surely choose among success, rich and happy. Of course nobody will choose only one, but all. I want all too… he..he..he…

Unfortunately, life is not just a choice and jreeeng…. Success. Need a power, sweat, think, faith and pray to get it.

Therefore, I really believe, although the age already 40 moreover 50, if we hard work and smart work with effort, failed, get up and try again, success will come. Failure is not the end of everything but the beginning of success. Because God won’t give a path if we never try the best and God will never give an examination out of our ability, right?

Soichiro Honda said: “…what people see to success is only 1%, but what they don’t see is 99%, that is my failures”. Ouuugh,… so many failures. Can we?

Also Myron J. taylor said: “Young or old is not depending on the date in one periode, but the condition of soul. Our duty is not to add the age to life, but add life to age”.

You know Kebun Raya Bogor (Great Garden Bogor), right? When we take a look at some big trees there with 10s until 100s years old. The stalk is very big and wide also strong with a root stick into the ground very deep. Stalk which soar as if to grap the sky. Tough from any weather. A big flood can not fall them. Compare with the trees in our yard the bigger could be 5s till 10s years old.

Similar with the age. The more the age the more strong and tough to face any challenges and difficulties in life. The root which stick into the ground just like our spirit will never give up. The stalk which soar to the sky just like our dream will never get down.

Is it called old if we still enjoy the freshness of morning air and the warmness of sunrise. Still have love to wife. Still give love to children. Still say hallo and smile to anybody. Still pray in the mosque. Still have a dream to build a mosque, build a foundation of fatherless, pay school of children until university. Is it called old?...

According to me, it’s called old if we don’t have any dream and ambition in life. Don’t dare to do something good. Don’t have a bravery to face risk. It’s really called old. Agree…?

I hope God will always give us strong and patience to do our duty in making a living and achieve dream. I hope…
